You can request a full refund within 14 days after starting or renewing MELVO Recipes Premium.

How to request and what happens next

Email support@getmelvo.com from the email address connected to your MELVO account and include the payment date. After a full refund is confirmed, the related Premium access ends. Your recipes remain stored, but the free recipe limit applies to new additions. Duplicate charges and legally required refunds are also corrected. Partial refunds are reviewed individually.
